You seem to be jumping all over the place. First, you expect them to have cash in hand. Now you say you're willing to let them go get the money. First you say they need to bring it with them in order to see the RV, then you say you're willing to let them get it from the bank the next day. You repeatedly say you're willing to lower the price, but then you keep commenting that they don't come with the full amount in hand.
If you're willing to wait a day for the cash, then who cares if they get a loan or not. The next day you will have a cashier's check for the amount.
Your attitude is very condescending towards the people you are trying to get to buy your trailer. You keep talking about your financial prowess and that has no bearing at all on any of this. It doesn't matter how you live your life - if you want to sell your trailer, you need to stop throwing an attitude and acting superior to your potential buyers.
Now you're saying you have told everyone to go get their loan and come back with the money. But that is NOT what you've been saying all along. You have repeatedly complained that you can't get someone to show up with the $6000 in cash and willing to buy upon sight of the trailer.
Seems to me you are just throwing a superiority attitude.
You have not followed the progression of things with a very good understanding of things and that is why you are confused. I asked a question about putting a line in my ad that said, "Must have Cash in hand to come see the trailer." I asked a question. That is all. I never said I did that. Go back and read and you will see I am right. There was some discussion about this and most people agreed that it was not a good idea and I did NOT put it my ad. Can you at least concede that I did listen to advice on that point?
Listen, I just told you how I operate and do things. I never said I was superior. If you feel that the way I choose to live is superior, then maybe it is, but I did not say that. In just said, that it was not my fault that people did not have and cash, and that it was mostly their fault for choosing to not save up their money. Tell me what about that statement is untrue?
You don't seem to understand basic human behavior very well. Every person makes choices on how they live life and they have their own justifications for how they choose to live. People tend to not do the things they think are not good for them. They tend to do what they believe is best for them. So you could say that every person thinks their way to live is the the best way to live.
I choose to live debt free and save up to buy what I want. It is illogical to think that I would choose to live this way if I did not think it was the best way for me to live life. The same holds true for every other human. So each person thinks the way they choose to live is the best way, or else they would not live that way. Just because every person feels this way, does not mean they think they are better then everyone else, it just means that they feel they have made better choices the some other people.
I am sorry if I came across as condescending. I am not. Opinionated, Yes. Loves a good discussion, Absolutely. But superior, not by a long shot. Only God is superior, and I am but one of His weak children that needs His help to get through each day.
