It seems that most everyone here is misunderstanding you. Perhaps that is a reflection on you and not everyone else?
Again, how you do things has no bearing on the situation. There is no need to explain how you have always bought with cash, and so on. It's not relevant to getting your trailer sold.
You are not getting a serious bite listing the trailer at $6000 cash only. If you want to sell it and get a new one bought in the next week, something has to give:
1. drop your price;
2. work with someone who will finance it (meaning drive the darn trailer 60 miles to the bank so the person can get their loan approved);
3. trade it in.
Rather than continue to beat a dead horse, make a change and get a new result.
