Based on what you just posted from Nada, you need to price at $4500 OBO. If someone says they are going to go get a loan, tell them first person with cash/certified check etc gets it. If it takes someone 10 days for a loan, and you sell it in the meantime, well, you told 'em.
As others have indicated, you're overpriced. Now, if your focused market (single oil field workers) commands more, and the demand is there, it should have sold for the higher price by now.
