Well, another name change. This thread has gone from me look for sales advice to, me looking for a new trailer. So I am changing the name again to better reflect where this thread is currently at.

NADA low retail for that TT is $11,550. I'd probably offer $11,000 if it was in good shape.
8600 GCWR for the trailer. I would think your 3/4 ton would handle it okay.
