To the OP, yeah if you’re close to the full gvw or that trailer, she’s a pig at 5 tons. Your setup though likely could be fixed unless you just want to “upgrade”. Say good bye to the pleasure of driving an eco boost unless you spring for a diesel.
Bottom line it’s allabout personal preference and what your willing to endure.
I’d suggest you get a dually though, said hate to read another thread in 3 months that you can’t believe a 10’x30’ box is getting tossed around in the wind even though you got a HD truck!
