My 2019 Ford F 150 towing

You'll find this forum advise seems to limit a F150 to 6000lbs the F150 forum folks are comfortable up to 8000lbs.

Really? I never owned a ford in my life, but i dont think a break controller will up the tow limits on the trailor 2000 lbs. That just dosen't seem right. Now if the ford allready has it, it could mean that the TV has other upgrades, like better cooling, transmistion, gearing. But to say the controller can give you more power can not be right.
