The upgraded spring is critical to keep the correct fuel pressure, so I would look into that immediately. fuel pressure should be around 60 psi at idle with the spring installed. I do have the blue spring upgrade just not enough room in signature to put it there. Thanks for the posts, gonna play around with the CTS and see if there is a fan speed on there.
I do have an EGR valve plugged in to complete the circuit, its just zip-tied up on the top of the engine. According to the tech, anything above 215, the fan is commanded 100%. So he thinks maybe a week fan clutch or and stuck stat. Just yesterday going to the store and back, it was sitting at 200 degrees.
