My 6.0 actually has a little problem (Rollingrock) UPDATED

I made it this far without a hicup.....LOL While pulling the 5er home this past camping trip, my Edge Insight alarm went off and it was flashing coolant temp (ECT) 228 degrees. I obviously go...

Well just got back from the shop. Hooked it up to the ford software, commanded the fan and it was 100% normal, so was the everything else.

Could have just been a fluke. Said to monitor the temps and we could try popping a new stat in there. As of now it was all normal.

Today its 97 degrees out side and the truck is running at 196-198 ECT and EOT are within 5 degrees of each other.


Scratching my head on this one.
