My 6.0 actually has a little problem (Rollingrock) UPDATED

I made it this far without a hicup.....LOL While pulling the 5er home this past camping trip, my Edge Insight alarm went off and it was flashing coolant temp (ECT) 228 degrees. I obviously go...

Agree, the master tech said a delta of 5-10 degrees is a sign of a good oil cooler.

Question here. Since you have done the egr delete wouldn't' that make monitoring of the temperature delta's a mute point?


Not at all. The splits from ECT and EOT can tell you if you have head gasket failure.
