What really shocked me when going through all the pictures you posted is seeing the mold already starting. Now I understand why these trailers are automatic totals if they get drowned, as I can only imagine how much mold is already growing in the walls.
One of the other trailers had two leather recliners and a leather couch, all of them were super fuzzy after a couple weeks.
