I understand you aren't asking for advice on how to back. Your question - is there a WDH that is easier to back with than the one you had on your Jayco. The short answer is "no". As skipnchar pointed out, the hitch has no affect on backing. Some may be more quiet than others, but none of them are going to "bind" or force the TT on a different track than the one you want.
I think a better question would be "does your brake controller have a backing function?" If not, that can make it feel like your hitch is binding up, when it is actually the brakes engaging as you back.
