the driver's weight counts against payload. the sticker says "Occupants and cargo should not exceed xxxxlbs".
the driver counts as one of the occupants.
only a full fuel tank is factored into the payload capacity amount, not the driver.
driver's weight of 150lbs is factored in the TOWING capacity amount.
