My Jensen radio/DVD likes to turn it's self on, typically in the middle of the NIGHT :E It also continues to try to eject a DVD/CD even though there is nothing in it. It was doing this only once and a while but now is happening almost every other day.Anybody else have this? Did you fix or replace the radio/DVD unit? I'm hesitant to replace it with another Jensen that will just likely break again. Typically like most electronics, this thing only lasted 3 years with little use :MThe model is Jensen AWM970.

Can't figure out if the problem lies with the control head or the control buttons on the steering wheel, or none of the above. :h

You might try to totally disconnect from power, let it sit for a few minutes, then reconnect. This worked for me with a CD player in a truck I had.Good luck.

My last trailer the JENSEN radio never worked properly...Woudln't play DVD's at all..and other issues...In my new trailer, it plays them, but seems if there is the slightest little nik in the DVD it will lock up...

I gave up on mine. I bought a Sony Blue ray. (I have inverter power next to the TV so power is not an issue)I now just use the blue ray and I have much better picture quality and only need 1 remote to operate. 69 bucks vs a whole lot more for a piece of junk Jensen.
