I have an "02 (2500 8.1 liter 3.72 rear end) with 150K. I'm holding on to mine also. Just yesterday a guy at a red light wanted to know if I'd sell it!
The 150K doesn't bother me at all but some rust just started making itself known. Not wild about that.
