He also said the pins were still there and the u-bolts were tight with no visible slippage on the axles. The distance from the rear bumper to the center of the wheel hubs are consistent for both sides of the TT, so it appears as if it is the side skirts that were installed inconsistently. Again, I don't know how I missed seeing this for two years....
