My new Ram 3500

Got a new 3500 to replace the '13 2500. We'll eventually be getting a 5th wheel so wanted enough truck. We were lucky enough to find a leftover '15 that, other than the 5th wheel prep, is exactly like we would have ordered.
  • You can add the four pucks yourself. It took me around 4 hours working by myself to install the four pucks and the inbed wiring. The brackets for the pucks are already on the frame. The bed is unbolted on one side at a time with the other side loose. I used a floor jack and board to raise the bed. The bolts that hold the bed on are locklited and do not come out easily. I have no need for a goose neck hitch, so I did not add that.

If it is a long bed, I would suggest a B&W RVK3600 hitch. Mine is a short bed an I am using a Demo 6099 picture frame and B&W RVK3270 Hitch.

The hole saw for the bed is not a standard size(3 3/4") stocked at box stores. I ordered it from Amazon.

Yep. No picture, you don't have a new truck. That's the rule. :)

You'll have to upload the pic to a photo hosting site, then use the open link to it from there. This site does not host pics directly.
