My new ride

Just brought home a 2022 F-150 STX with the 2.7 Ecoboost. It will be a little while before I will be towing with it but I'm excited to see how it does. My camper is around 4000 loaded so weight is not going be an issue. I can't believe all the tech stuff it has. I would be interested if anyone has any experience with this engine or truck.By the way this is my very first NEW vehicle!!

    A hunting buddy is a long time EcoBoost fan. He started with a new 3.5, then traded for the 2.7 F150. He actually prefers the 2.7, and just traded recently for another 2.7 22 model.

    I drove both of his earlier 150s, but not the new one yet. The only trailer he tows, is a double PWC trailer, so light wt. The 2.7 10-speed gets good mileage, but he is a hard/fast driver, so he doesn't like giving out numbers, that could be much better.

    Congrats on your first new purchase! You do need to post a pic for sure! Using the forum photo post is easy to do, so we are waiting.
