Well, I'm guessing it's not a big problem due to the cabin/bedroom size but the material the smaller cabins use is this marine hyper-vent mats, used in the boating circles.. or something like it. Air is able to circulate on the bottom and the sides of the pad come up on the sides to allow it to escape.
Since I'm not seeing it around generally on the TC forums, I'm guessing it's a non-existent issue..
