Agreed. As long as you have the payload capacity go for the higher percentage. Even over the 15% is absolutely fine - there is no upper limit. So far mine has always been just over 15% and I have no sway issues.
Also, there is no need to buy any HA or PP WDH either. Just get the weights right and have a decent mid-grade WDH with anti-sway and you will be fine.
