From the picture it looks like your squatting a bit you may need to readjust your hitch so you have more tension on the bars. Can you get another washer in the hitch head? Doing that sure helped level my tv and trailer. And for a trailer your size I would use a second friction sway bar mounted on the opposite side from where yours is now. I know when I put the second one on my 27 footer it made a world of difference most of the time I don't even know a semi is around until I see him passing or I catch a glimpse of him in my mirror.
