Forgive me if it's already been suggested, I tend to skim a little. Have you checked the trailer wheel bearings for tightness? I believe I read that you have checked the bearings on the truck. If it does indeed turn out to be the trailer that's the first thing I would check, then for worn suspension bushings and cracked welds/mounts in the TT suspension.
