In looking at your pictures, I think you are going to have a problem with the tops of the jacks hitting your box during turns. Your boxes extend out from the frame a lot more than normal. The jacks move back and forth as the WD bars move forward and backward.
Put the boxes back on the tongue and then move the hitch using the stinger and see what happens to the jacks. You should be able to tell if they are going to hit by doing that. You have to reach under the center of the hitch and release (pull down) the little positioning tab in order to turn the hitch head. It locks the bottom part of the hitch in forward or 45 degree turn when the stinger is not in the hitch.
If I were you, I would forget about using the jacks and purchase their chain snap up system instead. No Interference problems that way and you still have the advantage of the no sway attributes of the Hensley hitch. You can probably use your existing snap-up brackets also.
