I think it's the trailer. The handling difference between the different tongue weights when loaded made a significant difference. I planned on hooking my dad's old truck to it, but he said no way once he rode in my truck and it did it a little, not even the full effect. It would have been able to 100% confirm my assumption that the trailer is the culprit, but he wanted no part of it.
If the trailer had a storage area like most bunkhouse models across the very front, I may be able to manipulate it better, but remember even when I had a bunch of tongue weight it still did it.
All I know now is it is gone when loaded with water. We'll see how it is tomorrow with 400 pounds of weight on the back rack like before: Apples to Apples. On the same ~ 30 mile test loop.
