If you do not fix the root problem and cover it up with a sway control system you are still towing an unstable trailer that may cause problems in an emergency braking or maneuverable action to miss a dog or deer.
This is an underlying issue I am concerned with, but I do think it is mainly due to the TW.
I will not stop looking into things though.
