If the water is pink it is more than likely Serratia bacteria coating the water lines in the trailer. If the water is reddish brown it is iron bacteria.
Sanitizing the water lines in the trailer will help if it is Serratia bacteria, but not if it is Iron bacteria.
To keep iron bacteria in check the well needs to be shocked.
