Info at YoutubeIt would appear that on a TT, it would be used for lighting, slideouts and tank monitors. Having system information available on the main tablet might be helpful. But the big question I would have is whether the switches and components can be over ridden i.e. if the tablet fails, will a wall switch still turn on a light or will the switch for the slide out still work.
Considering it is an option, personally I would not want it until it has been out on the market for a couple of years and proven to be a good system. Everyone knows how many troubles there were when the Lippert slide out mechanism was first introduced. It seems a lot of the problems were caused by poor installation, troubles with Lippert components on larger slideouts seem to have continued.
All you could do is make sure you see and operate a trailer with the system, and also see what happens if the system fails. Then, I'd be asking for the cost of replacement parts...the main pad, remote switches, etc.
