If it's that loud and cycles on and off, that sounds like the water pump, not the converter fan or furnace fan. As said, turn off the water pump and see if it goes away. If it is the pump, there a a few things that could cause that. Is there any water leaking under the trailer? Also as mentioned, take the top off the dinette seat and see if you can pinpoint the sound source. You may need a screwdriver to remove the lid - probably a Robertson (square) head.
