When we bought our camper five years ago, same problem. The old camper and new had the same fridge. DW said, "There's a shelf missing". We found a picture in a catalogue showing the fridge with shelves. The dealer agreed and ordered the missing shelf at no charge. Same fridge as yours, same shelf missing. There's little enough shelf room when they are all there to settle for one being left out.
