There is a KOA and Jellystone on the Canadian side. They're not directly at the falls, the KOA is at the far end of "the strip" (abt 2-3mi from the falls) and the Jellystone is about the same distance just down the freeway a little. The KOA is one of the better outfitted KOA's around. There is way way more to do on the Canadian side, but the Canadian side is like Vegas, it is very touristy and busy. If you have the option go during the week or not in July/August to avoid crowds. It is even lots of fun in the middle of the winter too. You can easily find lots to do for a week. If you are into touristy stuff, get one of the Passes, they are much cheaper than paying for all the things like the Maid of the Mist one at a time. If you are in to it, they have wine tours, the area just outside town is one of the biggest wine tourist districts around (like Napa). Also if you like the small cozy tourist towns like Bar Harbor, go to Niagara on the Lake, it is only a half hour drive down the Niagara River to the mouth of Lake Ontario. Also the bike trails between the falls and Niagara on the Lake are excellent, as is the golfing.
