They are both good trailers, if you like the Nash better, go that way.
Nash is 3' longer and looks like it has more counter space but I ses a fold up extension on the Lance, the Nash also has the baby queen. Can't tell from the floorplan but I thought all the Lances came with a real queen if it matters to you.
Lance is pretty new to the TT side of things but as Woodglue mentioned, they've made TC's for a long time. Northwoods makes both and isn't a rookie either.
