We have had an RV port since 2000, a little discussed fact about RVs, they are not designed to be parked in the weather, unheated 24/7-350 and only used 15 days a year (which is about what most owners use them)
It's like a car, any car lasts longer if it is garaged then if it is parked on the street.
FYI, some Nash units are AL framed, some have AL siding rather then FILON, some have heated tanks, some don't...it just depends on the model and year
