Comparing Lance to Northwood Mfg products is sorta like comparing "Lil Cuties" to regular oranges as there are 2 ways of manufacturing.
Heavy and great (Nash, etc) and light and great (Lance) If you've got the tow vehicle by all means, buy the Nash, ArcticFox, etc. They're are a little harder to get into as they also ride higher.
If you've got a limited towing capacity, by all means, go for the Lance w/ it's Azdel and Lite-Ply. Azdel is a great insulator and water "damage proof"
I chose the "Lil Cutie" route as I'm towing with a short wheelbase truck (Land Rover Discovery II) although my truck has a towing capacity of 7,700lbs.
Congrats on narrowing the field down to 2 of the best TT mfgs out there in my opinion.
