Nash 25C or Lance 2185 Travel Trailer?

Azdel itself maybe "waterproof", however no matter what the construction of the trailer, water intrusion is your worst enemy. The Azdel won't deteriorate with water, but the glue, foam and wall panel will delaminate with water intrusion so it really doesn't matter. I have had both types of wall construction and I believe wood is a better insulator if that matters to you. The kitchen is very different and I noticed that the slide out in the lance does not have windows in the ends and appears in the pictures to not be as deep as the Nash. If you have the tow vehicle, I would go Nash
