National Parks

Coming from Southern California with my adult daughter to "see the National Parks". Thinking to hit Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Arches, Yellowstone, and Glacier. Borrowing a 22 ft Travel Trailer. Any suggestions on roads, places to see, places to stay, places to avoid, things I should be aware of???
New to travel trailer, mostly tent camp and trailer boating. Am I biting off too much? :S
  • It depends on how long you have. For a trip of that distance, I'd figure no less than 17-18 days and even that would only allow you to "skim the surface" of each park. Also, you don't mention time of year; summer is a good time to sightsee up north or at higher elevations, but summer temps could challenge you in Zion and Arches.
  • We went to southern Utah for 6 weeks starting Sep 1st a few years ago. Didn't know when or what we would see until we got there. Take your time and have fun, don't decide where or when until you see where you are and what you like.
  • If you don't have reservations now, you ain't gonna get them. Biting off more than...what is TT wet weight and what is payload of TV?
