Congrats on the new truck. Very nice :C

The Anderson ultimate fifth wheel set up looks really slick ,you already have the Ball set up,no more holes in the bed, wondering if you have considered that option.

The mirrors can be flipped from their standing up position to down where they look like they belong on a 1/2 ton truck:)....I flipped them up to clean the back side of the chrome when I got it home and was taking the pictures.

You can fold the entire mirror inward just like any other vehicle....Ram has an option of folding the entire mirror inward electrically, but don't believe it was available when HD trucks were built in the pass month or so...believe it'll probably be on the 14's, maybe some of the 13's but not for sure on this one.

Sometimes I forget I have my mirrors flipped up...guess I'm one of those that leave them up but it seems to give me a much better view of those around me, eliminates any blind spot, at least it seems that way to me.

Oh yeah, the etching on the seats is gone....you have all the other fancy etchings in the dash cluster, on the glove box and around the doors, it's still the same leather as was in my 12'. I did like the etched stitching on the seats but it was talked about that it might be easier, later on in the life of the vehicle that it could be a place where you might get "tears".....Still looks good, also has the leather patchwork on console and seats that shows steer horns and say's "Longhorn"....still nice, I like it.........the smell is intoxicating:B

I was wondering about the leather seats Jim. Is that a new premium leather without the Texas, err cowboy trim package or what? I was just looking at the Laramie package myself as I didn't care for all the horn stitching. I prefer antlers myself :B

I did the 3rd gen powered towing mirrors on my 98, A great mod! I always thought people were just being macho with the mirrors flipped up. I have to say with the different spot mirror it is easier to use the spot on the 4th gen trucks with the mirror up. So I guess I either look Macho or like an idiot!

The mirrors are the same distance out when flipped up on the 4th as the 3rd gen's.

Yea I did notice the fancy stitching was missing on the seats. If not available, a deal breaker for me! Believe you get used to the cool stitching on the leather and similar graphics on the instrument cluster.

I've been told by someone :H the mirrors up is a Dodge thing :W Mine are usually down when not towing , just so I don't get lumped into the group :B But I must say those mirrors look like they extend farther than my 06. Maybe a photo thing.
