Your silly light doesn't stop at 15 feet
People that are afraid of the dark are often reactionaries...
.. the only shooting around RV's that I personally know of was in a "Camper parking lot at Squall Lake, CA... the RV's were about 4 feet apart, side to side, in a well lighted area. Really crowded, Easter weekend.
We went on by and out in the desert and boondocked well away from other people. On Easter Morning we went back to dump our tanks and fill with water.
There was a commotion... everyone was leaving, it was before at 8am... it turns out a guy in a MH got SCARED in the night and shot through the roof of his motorhome.
He said that he heard a noise and got scared... was trying to load his pistol when it went off. My first thought was "What is hed shot to either side... the bullet would have gon through 4 or 5 Campers before it stopped... how many opportunities would it have had to hit somebody.
Sleepy is never near enough to another camper to sneak around it... you'll never have worry about that. He wouldn't want his wife, kids, grand kids, and great grand kids to think he was a sissy.
If you are that nervous do you sleep with a gun too?
Will you shoot at a noise?
