Start with the basics. Take a notepad and keep a list of things that come up as you need them.
I do recommend an Oxygenics shower head, a potable water hose, a small trash can, an outdoor mat at the bottom of the steps, and a rug inside the door.
Don't buy it until you see that you need it. Your camping style may be radically different than someone else, and you will need different things. If you go with every "starter" checklist, you will wind up with a bunch of stuff you don't use, filling up space and adding weight.
