Necessities for a new Travel Trailer

Lots of talk above about changing tires; all good advice. But there is something else very important. Be prepared to properly torque the tire lugs. It's especially important when a trailer is new or a tire has been changed for any reason. Trailer tires have a tendency to come loose and actually fall off during use. Initially you should torque them before every trip. You can guess at the proper torque, but a better choice is to buy a torque wrench.
