Roger that! Thanks for all of the great input. Luckily my TT comes stock with a power tongue jack so don't have to worry about that one. I also negotiated a weight distribution/sway control hitch into the purchase, although I didn't know the difference between brands at the time.
My Take Aways:
1) Try to get the dealer to throw in a basic starter kit
2) Surge Protection unit
3) 50Amp to 30Amp Adapter
4) Clean Water Line
5) Water pressure regulator
6) Wheel Chocks
7) A couple of lengths of 2x6
8) Figure the rest of the stuff out as I go
