In a quick check of the used parts yard I have experience with shows that for a Ram(Dodge)3500 DRW pickup you are looking at a 17x6 wheel - this shows as 1994 and up. Double check to be sure about the 17" as that could have changed. If she has factory aluminum wheels check pricing on them as well. Just be aware that they will have a front and rear version. On my Ford the only difference in F/R was the face that was polished better, not sure about RAM but it is likely the same situation.
Check around - pricing does vary and shipping a steel wheel will be costly as well.
