Need a Spare Tire and Rim for Ram 3500 DRW CTD

Long story, but my daughter bought a used 2011 Ram 3500 CTD with dual rear wheels. Nice truck but it came with no rim and spare tire. I also believe the hanger/crank down mechanism is missing too. ...

That's fine, but they tow a 5er, and will need a spare.
