Need a Spare Tire and Rim for Ram 3500 DRW CTD

Long story, but my daughter bought a used 2011 Ram 3500 CTD with dual rear wheels. Nice truck but it came with no rim and spare tire. I also believe the hanger/crank down mechanism is missing too. ...

I checked the build sheet for the truck and it said it came with a 17" steel spare wheel. So is an 8 lug, 17" steel dually wheel standard across brands? Or is there something Dodge specific about the wheel?
