Need a Spare Tire and Rim for Ram 3500 DRW CTD

Long story, but my daughter bought a used 2011 Ram 3500 CTD with dual rear wheels. Nice truck but it came with no rim and spare tire. I also believe the hanger/crank down mechanism is missing too. ...

Probably out dated info but dodge and ford had larger diameter hubs than gm trucks about 30 years ago. Ford and dodge dually wheels fit gm trucks but not the other way around.
