Since you already have a repaired seam I'd peel it back up, glue, and install Eternabond again. Avoid using staples.
How's the structure of the roof? Are there any soft spots developing? The rest of the roof looks solid other than the wear, so I'd recoat. When I did my roof I setup scaffolding, but if you don't have a convenient area to work I'd suggest ladders/makeshift scaffolding.
