This is where you are wrong. I love my truck. I just don't want to ruin it. I am listening to everything that is said. I am not arguing with anything, but just posting my concerns. I have already called my mechanic with this list to get an estimate on those items.
You have to understand that I know my mechanic and I don't know anyone here. My mechanic is a no nonsense guy. He knows what he is talking about. He is a retired race car pit crew chief with over 30 year of experience. I have a friend who was also a pit crew mechanic that has known the guy for many years and says he is the best. I trust him and he has never let me down.
I came here because I don't want to get rid of my truck if I don't have to. I appreciate all the advice and personal experiences. It helps me to know what to do.
