Why buy a cheap smartphone when you can own the NEC Terrain for just $79 bucks? I am just putting this out there for those of you that might want to get in on owning a top of the line ruggedized smartphone for under $80. The NEC company has decided to drop out of the smartphone market and existing stock has been reduced to bargain basement prices. You can get one unlocked on Amazon for $79.
