Nah, that means more money IN his pocket. New vehicles cost exponentially more than to service/repair than older vehicles. Oil changes are the same, but everything else is higher. Even shop hour rates are higher.
Yeah. That is what my plan is, but if it does not cost a lot to get a larger trans cooler I will do that too (it can't hurt anything).
The trans-cooler is probably $40o to $500 in parts, plus labor. I'm sure you're looking at right around $1K.
