You would be right except that when I said new, I meant something larger and more powerful in the same value range as my existing pickup range, which would probably means something older as far as age goes.
The trans-cooler is probably $40o to $500 in parts, plus labor. I'm sure you're looking at right around $1K.
B&M has a highly rated one on Amazon for $56 and Hayden has a kit for $44 with pretty good reviews. I found some youtube videos on how to install them. I am not afraid of mechanicing myself, except when it come to all the electronic stuff.
