I think the 6.4 2500'series will be much better overall in what ur experiencing now. It's no diesel, but u really don't need one for what your pulling, just my opinion. Having pulled with both and owning a gas job, I am happy with my truck. No expensive potential break downs and easier to fix. No emission issues and for me it's cheaper to maintain. So it's all depending on what u want, the new 6.4 appears to be a really impessive towing machine. Whatever u decide in engine, u will be happier with the 2500 series no doubt.
