You will be very limited on payload. The 2009+ half ton Ram have the lowest payloads in the class, and a high trim level like the Longhorn will be even lower, like under 1200 pounds. Please verify with the tire and loading sticker on your driver's door or door jam.
Subtract off the weight of your family and whatever you plan to put in the bed. Rest can be used for payload. Multiply by 10 for a fair loaded TW.
Next check for a sticker on your receiver itself.
